Terms of Use

1. Introduction

 

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the digital content and services ("Services") provided by Ballates Inc., CNPJ 17.483.565/0001‐70 ("Ballates," "we," "us"), through the HotmartTM platform and any associated domains, applications or communication channels.

By completing the checkout on Hotmart or otherwise accessing any Ballates content, the individual or legal entity identified on the Hotmart purchase page ("Member," "you") confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Service Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

 

Important: Ballates is distributed via Hotmart, which acts as the authorised reseller and payment processor in the Member’s country of residence. Local consumer‐protection rules provided by Hotmart will apply in addition to these Terms.

 

2. Services Offered

Access plans are offered on a monthly, quarterly, semi‐annual or annual basis. Unless stated otherwise, access is granted for the entire paid period. Mentoring and live events may have separate or shorter access windows.

 

3. Trial & Right of Withdrawal

A 7‐day free trial / right‐of‐withdrawal applies to all first‐time purchases. If you cancel within 7 calendar days, no fee is charged (or a full refund is issued). Cancellation can be performed directly via Hotmart or by emailing team@ballatesmethod.com.

4. Licence & Intellectual Property

​

Content is licensed, not sold. Except for PDFs expressly marked as downloadable for personal use, Members may not download, record, copy, share, resell, broadcast or otherwise distribute Ballates videos, audio, text, images, trademarks or any derivative work. Access data are personal and non‐transferable. Detection of simultaneous use from more than two IP addresses may lead to automatic suspension.

5. Health Disclaimer & Age Limit

​

Ballates provides general movement education and is not a substitute for personalised medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician before beginning any new physical‐activity programme. Participation is recommended for individuals aged 16 years or older. Members exercise at their own risk and agree that Ballates shall not be liable for injuries arising from improper execution or disregard of medical guidance.

6. Conduct & Community

​

Participation in the “Ballates Community” or the optional Telegram group “Ballates Circle” is subject to mutual respect, confidentiality and the posted community rules. Ballates may suspend or remove any Member who violates these rules; no refund is due in such cases.

7. Payments, Renewals & Refunds

​

Payments are processed by Hotmart via credit card, PayPal and other regional methods. Subscriptions renew automatically for the original term unless cancelled before renewal. After the 7‐day withdrawal period, installments are non‐refundable.

8. Support

​

Support is available Monday–Friday, 09:00–15:00 CET (48‐hour response time) via the platform button or team@ballatesmethod.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ballates’ aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Member for the current subscription cycle.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

​

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the mandatory consumer‐protection laws of the Member’s country of residence.

11. Amendments

​

Ballates may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via e‐mail or platform notice.
