Service Agreement

1. Parties

 

This Service Agreement is entered into between Ballates Inc. ("Provider") and the individual or entity purchasing a Ballates plan via Hotmart ("Client").

​

2. Services

​

Provider delivers on‐demand movement courses, bonus materials and optional live sessions as described on each product sales page.

 

3. Plans & Pricing

​

Plans (monthly, quarterly, semi‐annual, annual) grant access for the respective period. Prices are displayed in the checkout currency and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment & Renewal

​

Payment is due upfront via the selected Hotmart gateway. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

 

5. Cancellation & Refund

 

Client may cancel within 7 calendar days from the initial purchase for a full refund. After this period, fees for the current term are non‐refundable. Cancellation halts future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid cycle.

 

6. Support & Availability

​

Provider commits to maintaining 95% monthly availability and to replying to support requests within 48 business hours.

​

7. Client Obligations

​

Client agrees to:

 

• Provide accurate registration data

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

• Refrain from redistributing content

• Follow medical guidance and the community code of conduct

   

8. Suspension & Termination

​

Provider may suspend access without refund for breach of these terms, intellectual‐property violations or abusive behaviour.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

​

Provider’s liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid for the current subscription term. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

 

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

​

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the Client’s country of residence. Where permitted, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Client's country or resolved via online dispute resolution tools provided by Hotmart.

11. Entire Agreement & Changes

​

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement. Provider may amend these terms with prior notice; continued use indicates acceptance.
