But before, what is Veganuary?
It's a global movement that happens in - guess what? Yes, January! Vegan + January = Veganuary, created in 2014 in the UK, and that has already reached more than 2 million people, helping them experience a vegan diet for 31 days throughout the month of January. Isn't it amazing?
Did you know that in 2023, Veganuary was a record-breaking success? A total of 706,965 people officially signed up, with participants hailing from nearly every country worldwide, experiencing a vegan lifestyle for 31 days throughout the entire month of January. Also, what's super exciting is that companies and artists from around the world join in, including fast-food chains that launch their vegan products during this time. We love it!

To help you participate and succeed with flying colours in this challenge, we have a little list of cookbooks, websites and youtube channels that we recommend that will help you a lot during this period.

Mostly Veggies: Easy Make-Ahead Meals for Healthy Living by Brittany Mullins: the secret to have a successful plant-based lifestyle is planning ahead, and in this book, besides the amazing recipes, you'll have tips for planning and prepping your every meal. It's flavor-filled and holistic cooking for the whole family. Super worth it!
The Vegan Instant Pot Cookbook: Wholesome, Indulgent Plant-Based Recipes by Nisha Vora: we are fans of the blog Rainbow Plant Life and this book is a gem! Delicious everyday cooking to be made using an Instant Pot Pressure Cooker - that we are obsessed about! You can also use a non-electrical one, but let's face it: we love everything that can make our lives.

BOSH! | @bosh.tv - Looking for impressive vegan dishes that will wow your taste buds? BOSH! is your go-to resource. Their Instagram account and YouTube channel are filled with stunning visual content and step-by-step recipe videos. You'll find everything from family-friendly meals to show-stopping treats.
Ela Vegan | @elavegan - Micaela Vais is a gluten-free + plant-based advocate with tones of healthy and amazing food, both on her blog, cookbooks and Instagram! She managed to create a completely different world of good, fun and incredibly delicious food. Hands down!
